About Grandful

Grandful is the app for Grandkids Are Wonderful. It brings the Grandkids Are Wonderful Feed, Shop, Rewards and help together in one place on your phone.

Shopping and the store’s terms

Products, prices, availability, shipping options, checkout, payment and orders come from the Grandkids Are Wonderful store, which runs on Shopify. What the store shows you at checkout is what applies to your order.

The store’s Terms of Service also apply to your purchases and are part of these terms. If they differ from anything the app says in summary, the store’s terms and the information at checkout come first for your purchase. You can read the store’s full Terms of Service below.

Who may use Grandful

Grandful is for adults. You must be old enough to make a binding agreement where you live.

Your account

You sign in with your Grandkids Are Wonderful customer account, which Shopify runs. Keep your phone and your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us right away.

Using Grandful properly

Please use Grandful lawfully and considerately. Do not:

• break the law, or harass or harm anyone;
• try to get into accounts, systems or information that are not yours;
• interfere with the app, or send it viruses or other harmful code;
• copy or scrape the app or its content in bulk, or use it to send spam.

The Feed, Ask Grandful and Rewards

Feed posts come from Grandkids Are Wonderful. You can react to and save posts, and share them using the app’s Share button.

Ask Grandful is an AI assistant. Its answers can be wrong or out of date, so please check important details, such as prices, availability and order status, in the store or on your order. Ask Grandful cannot change or cancel an order or issue a refund.

Rewards are provided through the store’s rewards program, and the points and status you see are what the rewards provider reports.

Other companies’ services

Grandful relies on services from other companies, such as Shopify for shopping and sign-in, and providers for rewards, reviews, AI answers, notifications and analytics. We are not responsible for services we do not control, and their own terms may also apply. Our Privacy page names them.

Ownership

The app and its content, including the posts, photos, designs, logos and text, belong to Grandful, Grandkids Are Wonderful or the people who license them to us, and are protected by law. You may use them through the app for your own personal use. You may not copy, sell or exploit them without permission.

Changes to the app and to these terms

We may change, pause or stop any part of Grandful. We work to keep it available but cannot promise it will always work without interruption.

We may update these terms. The version in the app, with its date, is the current one, and if you keep using the app after a change, you accept the change.

Limits

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, Grandful and Grandkids Are Wonderful are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

Which law applies, and how disagreements are handled, are set out in the store’s Terms of Service, which also apply here.
